Ses Yapı Construction was established in 2022 by the partnership of Gürses company.
To have acquired a property worth at least 400,000 USD or equivalent in foreign currency or Turkish Lira, approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, with a title deed restriction for resale for at least three years.
Having made a minimum fixed capital investment of 500,000 USD or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish Lira approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
